1.How do I place an order?

If you know the sizes you want to order then shop via our website. You can also call us on 01527-520120 and place your order over the phone.

1a. Can I still place an order if I am out side of the uk.

We will happily send items outside of the United Kingdom, please email your query and we will advise and quote on price, shipping costs and availability. Payment methods for all non UK purchases are via pay pal only.

2.How do I pay for my items?

If you are ordering online: When you have added all the products to your cart that you wish to purchase click on the Checkout button. Enter your billing address and a delivery address if different and click next. Select how you want your order to be sent, enter any other information and accept the T & Cs. Now click next. Now confirm your details and check your order it will then take you to a secure webpage where you can enter your payment details.

3.What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your items using any major credit or debit card during the checkout phase. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron. If you do not have a valid credit or debit card you can pay by bank transfer (with prior consent) or send us a cheque or postal order. If you pay by cheque your goods will not be sent until funds have cleared in our account which can take anywhere from 5 - 10 clear working days. Cheques should be made payable to: Direct Uniforms You may also pay for any items over the phone when placing your order.

4.Can I alter my order?

Yes, you can alter your order after it has been placed providing it hasn't already been sent to you.

5.What happens if my items are out of stock?

If any items are temporarily out of stock you will be advised of an expected delivery date. We make every effort to carry enough stock to meet all orders, however, some styles will sell out faster than others. In the unlikely event of this happening our telephone team will always try to suggest some suitable alternatives.

6.Where is my order?

Once your order has been despatched, delivery can depend on the service you selected. Free Standard delivery Approximately 2-4 days however please allow up to 10 days for delivery. 1st Class option Approximately 1-2 working days however this can take up to 6 days to arrive. Next Day option Following business day by 6pm or close of business or 7pm if a residential address. Next Day by 12pm option. PLEASE BE AWARE SHIPPING SERVICES CAN BE AMENDED WITH OUT PRIOR NOTICE.

7.What do I do if my order is wrong when it arrives?

Firstly, identify what is wrong. If we have sent the wrong items, you can call us to discuss and we will rectify the problem, OTHERWISE PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR RETURN AND SEND THE ITEMS BACK TO US, with clear instruction on replacement or refund. Replacements/exchanges may be subject to return shipping at our discretion.

8.How do I send items back if they are faulty? (within 30 days)

Before retuning a faulty item, call us to report the fault. We will ask questions to understand the background of the issue.

9. Do I pay postage on returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of returning items. To keep our prices low  we do not front load additional shipping costs to our items. So please make sure you check carefully item descriptions and measurements were applicable.

You have 14 days to return an item if you require a refund. Items must be returned with or in original packaging and with all tags in a re-saleable condition.

Any items returned after this time will not be refunded and no correspondence will be entered into.
